Caribbean BETA – is our first annual Tech Entrepreneurship Conference was staged on November 25th, 2011 in Kingston, Jamaica. It was attended by over 228 attendees from Jamaica, St Vincent, Barbados and Trinidad. Had an exciting startup contest called PitchFest. Hosted international Keynote speakers Marc Canter, Founder of Macromedia, creator of Flash Player and Ceo of Digital City Mechanics and Michelle Messina, V.P Business Development, Silicon Valley-based GuideWire Group and got extensive local, regional an Diaspora based press online and in print.
